Assistant Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing monthly analysis reporting and other financial and management reports


• Coordinate and complete interim/annual audits


• Develop and implement systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information


• Perform budgeting and analysis


• Assist Policy & procedure writing


• Assist in any ad hoc report and duties assigned by the CFO

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above


• 5 years solid accounting experience


• Able to work under pressure


• Good analytical mind, self-initiative, well organized and able to work independently


• Familiar with computer applications particularly Excel (function setting, pivot table), Word, Powerpoint, Accounting System etc.


• Frequent travel to South East Asia and China is necessary


• Experience in audit and knowledge in manufacturing firm an advantage


• Prepare and review to ensure the financial statement is completed in compliance with the Company policy and accounting standards


• To review the accounting procedures regularly and make recommendations on enhancement of internal control system


• Fluent Cantonese, good command of spoken and Written English and Chinese


• Immediately available is preferred
