Assistant Manager - Commercial and Industrial Print Service

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for field service support and daily operation of Commercial and Industrial Print Service Team for production printing customers
• Monitor and achieve Service KPI
• Evaluate technical capability of service engineers, and work with Training Department to provide relevant technical training, including hardware, software, and IT technical skill, to service engineers
• Provide suggestion to streamline and collaborate with different departments to smooth the service operation
• Identify and escalate technical problem to Training & Diagnosis Team, Regional office and factory

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or other related disciplines
• 5 years relevant working experience in field service support
• Sound knowledge of IT networking and software technical skills
• Knowledge of production ink jet and production toner printing system is preferred
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Result-orientated, strong problem-solving skills, and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• 5.5 working days per week with alternative Saturday off is required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supervisor or Senior Supervisor
