Asst Finance Manager

• We are looking for Asst Finance Manager  - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Report to Financial Controller 
• Work in Finance team of 5 members in Hong Kong office 
• Prepare monthly consolidated management accounts and its supporting schedules
• Handle various reporting packages for different stakeholders
• Responsible for financial planning, working capital forecast and annual budgeting
• Assist in the daily accounting operation of the company in full spectrum of finance and accounting duties of the company
• Assist in review PRC and overseas subsidiaries’ management accounts
• Perform any ad-hoc projects/assignments if required
• Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines, a professional accounting qualification (HKICPA, ACCA) is preferred
• At least 5 years' relevant accounting experience, preferably with listed company
• Solid PRC exposure, like experience in China state-owned enterprises, or equivalent
• Knowledge in HKFRS, PRC GAAP, tax regulations in Hong Kong and Mainland China is a must
• Familiar with accounting operation and auditing procedures
• Hands-on experience in financial reporting and overseas investment reporting procedure of SOE and SASAC is an advantage
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
• 5 days work
• Annual leave : 14 days
• 13 months salary + bonus
