• We are looking for Assistant Merchandising Manager - with details as follows :

 
The Job :

• Report to the Merchandising Director
• Work independently for full merchandising duties of silver fashion jewellery in Hong Kong office
• Lead a team of 3 mechandising subordinates in Shenzhen office
• Develop the silver jewellery and fashion jewelry collections
• Sourcing finished products and components suppliers
• Monitor quality and manage suppliers to make sure supplies are in accordance with the requirements
• Visit factories and attending jewellery exhibitions & fairs
• Monitor the suppliers to follow the material specification, standards, testing and validation
• Develop suitable suppliers’ strategy and roadmap
• Negotiate allocation with Region / HQ to meet assortment and firm orders’ needs
• Solid experience in silver jewellery & fashion jewelry development and purchasing
• Additional experience in diamonds, pearls, stones is an advantage
• Project management skills
• Good communications in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Occasional trip to China vendor factories
• 5 days work
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
