Asst Merchandising Manager

• Garment manufacturing & trading
• Main items : cut & sewn knit garment focus in sportswear and casual wear
• Factories : China & Cambodia
• Main market : USA, Canada, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark etc....
• We are looking for Assistant Merchandising Manager – with details as follows :

 

The Job :

• Manage and oversee one merchandising team of 5-6 members
• Lead the Team to establish relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
• Liaise with both internal and external parties in order to achieve on production schedule and time delivery
• Develop and implement sales strategy, sales plans and profit targets
• Identify, explore, expand and maximize new business opportunities
• Tertiary education preferably in Clothing, Textiles or related disciplines
• 8-10 years working experience in apparel industry with minimum 5 years in managerial position especially in garment manufacturers
• Hands on experience in Cut & Sewn Knit items
• With solid experience to deal with overseas buyers / factories / suppliers independently
• With solid experience to deal with overseas customers independently
• Strong leadership skills to manage the team and related departments
• Good communication skills to work with factories in order to meet customers' needs and build the business
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Business trips is required
• 5 days work
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
• Annual leave : 12 days
• Medical insurance
