Job Description - Budget System Management Post

  • Job responsibilities:

    < /li>
  • 1. Responsible for the implementation work related to the budget system, including user research, demand analysis, supplier selection, solution review, etc.
    2. Responsible for the project management of the budget system, effectively control the project progress, organize user training, user testing, function acceptance, and ensure the successful launch of the system according to the project plan.
    3. Coordinate the configuration management and operation and maintenance of budget-related systems, coordinate the resources of the business department, IT department and other parties, and assist colleagues in the business department to solve daily problems.
    4. Assist the person in charge of the financial department to sort out and optimize processes, find breakthrough points, reduce costs and increase efficiency.
    5. Responsible for sorting out and establishing financial-related master data specifications.
    6. Do a good job in data docking between the financial system and peripheral systems, process mechanisms, etc. to ensure the timely transmission of data and verify the accuracy of the data.

  • Job requirements:

  • 1. Bachelor degree or above, financial management, accounting, IT and other related majors
    2 , Be familiar with and understand the business processes of the manufacturing industry, and have experience in budgeting and operation analysis management of manufacturing industry group companies
    3. Familiarity with the IBM-PA budget system is preferred
    4. Excellent organizational coordination and communication Ability
    5. Have teamwork spirit.
