What's the role?

• Credit management and debit collection through calls and meetings
• Follow up with customer enquiries and overdue invoices proactively
• Closely partner with finance in HK on AR settlement
• Support credit control officers on handling credit administrative tasks
• Handle invoice, support statement and reminders issuance

What do you need?

• At least 1-2 years relevant experience
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
• Good communication skills
• Fully computer literate in MS Office, knowledge in SAP is an advantage
