Responsibilities
Team Introduction: Feishu KA Customer Success Team is the first consulting team in the industry to focus on improving enterprise performance. Based on Feishu, it helps customers complete digital transformation and upgrading. Through in-depth diagnosis and analysis of organizational structure, business processes, communication and collaboration, etc., it tailors the best practices for overall performance improvement for customers and becomes the most valuable partner for enterprise digital construction. 1. Familiar with ecological cooperation business, responsible for the construction of Feishu's ecological service system in various regions and industries, maintain cooperative relations with ecological partners, and supervise service quality 2. Responsible for the health of the channel ecology, including channel coverage layout, channel service capability assessment, channel service quality assessment, and continuously promote the healthy growth of the channel 3. Work closely with the ecological team to establish channel service standards and process construction, and use Feishu and related tools to improve the efficiency of channel partners' services. 4. Coordinate the company's internal resources to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the ecological service system and continuously improve the ecological service capabilities and quality.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with ecological empowerment experience in domestic first-tier SaaS manufacturers preferred 2. Proficient in consulting and implementation methods such as enterprise business efficiency improvement/business digital transformation, and have strong insight and understanding of the industry 3. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong curiosity, abundant energy, and excellent teamwork ability 4. Have strong negotiation skills, data analysis skills, execution and teamwork awareness.
