• Provide secretarial & administrative support to CEO and his team.
• Coordinate with relevant internal and external parties.
• Assist in organizing and arranging meetings, events and schedule.
• May require occasional travel duties (if applicable)
Requirement
• Bachelor degree or above.
• Familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing.
• With minimum 5 years relevant working experience in related role,
experience working in manufacturing business
• Good command of spoken & written in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proactive, detail-minded, responsible, positive attitude and independent
work ethics.
• Highly organised and able to prioritise, multi-task and deal with last
minute changes.
• Good communication skills and able to work under pressure to meet tight
deadlines.
• Immediate available or short notice period is preferred.
