About the Client:
My client, a manufacturing client is greatly expanding their business across APAC including Hong Kong. They are now looking for a Facility Manager to join their existing high-profile team. Reporting directly to the director of Operations, this position will manage the operation functions at the facility with the objectives of guaranteeing business continuity and operations excellence.



Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of critical facility managemnet to ensure operation of the manufactory plants.
• Support the planning, budgeting, and control of operating and capital expenditures
• Make sure all the Operations milestone and KPI is followed with SOP.
• Ensure construction policy aligning with company policy and requirements.
• Defining scope of requirements, bidding, awarding, and administering any contracts for contract service work
• Work with different cross functional departments related to operation.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree qualified in Building Services/ Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or similar relevant discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in site, manufacturing plant critical facilities operations
• 3+ years of management experience and leading a team.
• Good teamwork and lead by example
• Excellent customer facing experience (internal and external party)
• MS Office skill
• Good presentation and liaison skill with proven English and Chinese proficiency is also essential of the role.
