Head of Finance - Manufacturing

Our client is a manufacturing company. They are looking for a seasoned Head of Finance to manage the entire spectrum of the financial function.

• Experience working in manufacturing industry is an absolute advantage
• Solid leadership experience is required
• Travel is required

Key Contributions:

• Report to the CEO and supervise four departments to ensure smooth daily operation
• Key member of Senior Management team, spearheading corporate business strategy, leading the teams to manage accounting reporting, financial analysis, tax, treasury, financial reporting, M&A, internal control and audit, and all financial matters
• Finance leadership role responsible for reviewing and improving finance processes and procedures organizational tax structure to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the department
• Oversee cash flow forecast and working capital management
• Formulate appropriate financial and management reporting policies, and control statutory integrity of financial information for full compliance, to ensure consistent and correct information is being delivered
• Work and align with cross-functional leads to formulate business vision and execution plans
• Devise corporate finance strategy with senior management team and drive execution excellence
• Identify new business opportunities and potential risks
• Participate in ad-hoc projects or assignments as required

Core Expectations:

• Minimum 12 years of working experience, including at least 7 years of experience in the manufacturing industry with exposure to China markets.
• CPA qualified candidate is preferred
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience is required
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards, taxation, customs, banking, legal regulations, and government practices
• Excellence in analytical, problem-solving, reporting, and presentation skills
• Strong command of English & Chinese, both in writing and speaking
