The Company :

• Manufacturing & trading : garment trims and accessories
• We develop & supply trims and accessories solutions, which includes heat transfers, tapes, elastics, draw cords, and zipper pullers.
• We operate factories with R&D and Lab facilities in Hong Kong and China, as well as sales activities in Asia, Northern America and Europe.
• Factories : Shenzhen, Huizhou & Shanghai
• We are looking for Human Resources & Admin Asst Officer – with details as follows :

 
The Job : 

• Report to HR & Admin Manager 
• Perform HR functions in the full spectrum including recruitment, compensation & benefits and corporate insurance independently
• Update and maintain employee’s records and leave records
• Support the general office administration duties
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required
• Diploma with 3 years of relevant HR and administration experience is preferable
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme ordinance and relevant legislation
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
• No trips is required
• 5 days work
