IOT manufacturing quality Management Engineer PQE

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for product quality planning of the complete machine and setting process quality goals 2. Participate in the design and process quality review of the R&D stage, promote quality improvement at the design end, and ensure that there are no major risks in design introduction 3. Responsible for the management of the trial production process of the complete machine and trial production issues Order management, tracking related design issues, process issues, and material issues in a closed loop 4. Responsible for the analysis and improvement promotion of major quality issues in the mass production process, quality issue review, and quality responsibility determination 5. Responsible for after-sales data analysis, and promoting the after-sales feedback issues Improve and continue to promote quality improvement 6. Responsible for docking foundry management, process audit and daily quality management, responsible for promoting foundry quality improvement 7. Responsible for EMS/ODM supplier quality KPI achievement, supplier quality performance improvement, etc. The company conducts quality management and quality performance appraisal.

Qualifications

1. Electronic or mechanical major, bachelor degree or above 2. Proficient in using the seven quality techniques and familiar with the five quality tools 3 . Have experience in consumer electronics manufacturing, engineering or quality, and have basic abnormality analysis capabilities 4. Have good logical thinking skills and be able to confirm analysis reports provided by factories and suppliers 5. Be able to withstand work pressure and have good Communication and teamwork skills, ability to adapt and learn quickly, and love for quality work.
