• We are looking for IT Technical Support – with details as follows :

The Job :

• Provide all round IT support for HK office of 25-30 users 
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software from installation to configuration, systems application
• Monitor and maintain systems and networks on routine base
• Provide technical support across the company
• Consult and liaise with outsourced IT service provider for IT issues
• Assist website administration and infrastructure
• Bridge between Head Office in Japan and local offices in IT issues
• Provide support to Marketing Team in marketing activities like trade shows, adverting materials, e-media...etc
• Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
• Proficient in computer systems and networking
• Knowledge of website design, internet security and data privacy principles
• Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• 5 days work : Mon to Fri flexible working hours : 7.5 hours per day
• Annual leave : 15 days (1st yr) to 20 days (max)
• Medical insurance
• No trips is required
• Very few OT work is required
