Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute sales and distribution strategies to ensure achievement of major parameters in the annual sales plan
• Conduct annual exercise on budgeting, pricing, new product launch, trade promotion fund allocation
• Cultivate positive business relationship to foster mutual benefits, participate store operations meeting to maximize the impact of our major programs
• Monitor account profitability and trade spend against budget
• Identify new business and channel opportunities
• Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Key Account Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder or above
• At least 7 years of relevant Key Account / Trade Marketing experience in FMCG industry
• Multichannel experience in Supermarkets, Convenience Stores and Drug Chain is a definite advantage
• Good knowledge of general retail market and KA customers
• Pay attention to details, strong communication and negotiation skill, creative, analytical and able to work under pressure
