Responsibilities:
- Manage overall operation of the department
- Provide back end support to service operation in HK, in Macau and in Greater Bay Area China
- Supervise service engineers, maintain on-time delivery of technical support and a wide range of IT services for corporate clients
- Responsible for professional technical training of service engineers, included hardware and software technical skills brushing up
- Diagnosis hardware and software technical issue, provide immediate support to front line service engineers and escalate to Regional Office
- Identify potential technical problems and provide necessary solutions accordingly
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Engineering, Business Management or other related disciplines
- 5-7 years relevant working experience in service support
- Sound knowledge of IT skill and software engineering
- Excellent analytical skill with business sense is preferred
- Result-orientated, strong problem-solving skills, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- 5.5 working days per week with alternative Saturday off is required
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, while candidate with more solid and relevant experience will be considered as Senior Manager
