Manufacturing Process Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Participate in project design Stage DFX review, output review report, assembly process/reliability review, etc. fully identify and evaluate new processes, new devices, appearance refinement, stacking design issues, assembly stress and other issues, and collaborate with experts in the field to provide verification and solutions 2. Responsible for producing the assembly process, and working with the factory's complete machine process team to evaluate the trial production process, fixtures, equipment, and trial production verification plans 3. Lead the analysis and solution of assembly, fixtures, and equipment parameter debugging during the trial production process. Machine reliability issues, etc., to ensure compliance with mass production ramp-up standards 4. Responsible for making mass production fixtures and equipment lists, solving various process problems during the ramp-up process, and achieving rapid improvements in efficiency and yield 5. Responsible for analysis Solve customer complaints about assembly process issues and provide feedback to the factory for improvement 6. Determine the quantity of consumables based on trial production and verification requirements 7. Responsible for evaluating and implementing change assessment and introduction during project advancement (such as secondary supply introduction, structural changes, Software changes, etc.) 8. Regularly summarize the mass production project lesson Learn and update the field DFX baseline and DFM guideline, and the introduction of new production technologies 9. Participate in competitive product analysis and output competitive product analysis reports participate in new processes, new materials, etc. Technical preliminary research.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above in electronics/communications/electromechanical/mechanical design related majors, and more than 5 years of relevant work experience in intelligent hardware 2 . Familiar with product development process/new product introduction process/manufacturing process, production process and testing process 3. Have quick learning ability/adaptability/team communication ability, have team awareness, strong ability to withstand pressure, and be able to adapt to business trips.
