Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Merchandising Manager in daily operations, handling orders from sample development to bulk delivery
• Collaborate extensively with teams, factories, vendors and overseas clients from USA and Europe markets
• Work closely with factories on order and production schedules
• Monitor the overall procedures to ensure a high standard of order fulfillment
• Evaluate the factories from time to time for a continuous improvement and fit with the business development
• Provide day-to-day clerical duties to the team
• Maintain factory and quality compliance

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above with at least 2 years in manufactoring industry
• Responsible and organized, able to work under tight schedules
• Grest problem-solving and communication skills to deal with clients and factories
• Occationally travel to China is required
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good computer knowledge in Excel/Word (Pivot table, Xlookup)
• Less experiences will be considered as Assistant Merchandiser
