• Vietnam trading & sourcing office : 20 staff
• Dongguan factory : 2000 workers
• Main markets : US, Europe & Asia
• We are looking for Merchandising General Manager (Vietnam sourcing office) – with details as follows :

 
The Job :

• Report to CEO who is based in HK office
• You will oversee and optimize our day-to-day operational activities of Vietnam office , ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to organizational standards
• Manage Vietnam team, provide clear direction, set performance expectations, continuous improvement.
• Communicate between HK team and Vietnam team , develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and company goals.
• Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed to optimize efficiency.
• Implement control processes and address any issues related to product quality.
• Sourcing potential supplier and work closely with suppliers to ensure a stable and cost-effective supply of raw materials.
• Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration to enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance safety regulations in the manufacturing environment.
• Implement cost control measures to ensure that the manufacturing processes remain within budgetary constraints.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of information.
• Develop contingency plans for potential disruptions in the manufacturing process and supply chain.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese laws is preferable for handling official and commercial issues.
• Degree in business administration, management, operations management...or related
• Proven 5-7 years of experience for similar position in toys trading/buying offices/manufacturing companies
• Industrial knowledge of manufacturing production, systems, and operations is highly prefer
• Good communication skills in English is mandatory.
• Work in Vietnam office
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
• Accomodation and meals provided in Vietnam
