Job Description

Job Summary

• Maintain and optimize production process and test bench standards
• Overall responsible for Line performance (OEE, IDC, productivity…) after SOP
• Lead new customer projects and new line launches, coordinate production line update

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for line performance after SOP, such as OEE, IDC, productivity… (cooperation with TEF, LOG, QMM)
• Maintain production process and test benches of assembly-line
• Support set up technician team, focusing on competence build-up
• Lead line planning issue before SOP phase including line installation, sample production, technical specification discussion, layout planning and production planning
• Responsible for update and improvement all standard of the line
• Lead problem solving process of technical issues impacting line performance (OEE, IDC, Productivity…)
• Make CIP for operation and quality, reduce manufacturing cost, improving quality and satisfying customer's requirements
• New product project introduction specific preparation
• Sample production coordination, feasibility evaluation of equipment/fixture related to new product (project).(Co-operation with TEF/ENG/PJM)
• Fully experience for Staking/Congnex camera /screwing process
• Problem solving with process data analysis capability
• I4.0 project development and support roll out mass production line

Qualifications

• Education:Bachelor degree of engineering studies
• Working Experience:At least 5-years experience of process engineering, problem solving methold(PSS,8D)
• Knowledge/Skills:Staking process, lip-seal assembly, torqueing process, Congnex camera progeam set up
• Language: workable English
