Network Operation and Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Responsible ByteDance IT office network operation and maintenance, system operation and maintenance management work, including campus, backbone, offline related scenarios 2. Responsible for the response and resolution of ByteDance IT office network, system and other faults, and daily maintenance operations, including but not Limited to daily alarms, business consultation, fault reporting work orders for frontline team upgrades, etc. 3. Responsible for optimizing work details, such as process optimization, process automation, etc. to improve work efficiency 4. Responsible for organizing historical work orders and writing FAQ documents 5. Responsible for assisting the SME team to complete architecture iteration and standard iteration, related demand research, solution design, and solution implementation.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in network communications, computer, communication engineering and other related majors, and more than 3 years of network operation and maintenance work experience 2. Understand the TCP/IP model, be familiar with related protocol stacks, such as IPV4/IPV6, TCP/UDP, NAT, DHCP, DNS, and be familiar with common VPNs, such as: ipsec/GRE/SSL VPN principles and uses 3. Be familiar with switching & Routing related protocol stacks, including but not limited to common protocol stacks such as IEEE802.3/stp/ospf/BGP/vxlan 4. Understand the principles of wireless network communication, have wireless network troubleshooting capabilities, and have wireless network planning in campus and office areas. Applicants with experience in construction and large-scale wireless network optimization will be given priority 5. Understand SDN-related scenarios and be able to quickly learn the use of SDN controllers from different manufacturers, deploy SDN and troubleshoot network faults in SDN scenarios 6. Understand the working principles of SDWAN and have the ability to troubleshoot SDWAN Candidates with enterprise SDWAN overall planning and deployment experience are preferred 7. Understand the basic principles and basic operating commands of mainstream operating systems such as windows and linux, and those with shell programming experience are preferred 8. Applicants with RHCE, CCNP, HCIE, H3CTE, etc. Senior network certification or equivalent abilities are preferred 9. Have a certain ability to withstand stress, be able to adapt to shift work, compensated leave system, and adapt to the special working hours 10. Have good service communication skills, and have good English communication and writing Ability to communicate with overseas colleagues.
