Job Responsibilities

1. Research on optical development direction and formulate strategic planning
2. Responsible for optical technology establishment and program evaluation

Qualifications

Education: Master
Work experience:
1. Familiar with the theories of diffraction, interference, optical waveguide, etc., and have corresponding design capabilities
1) Familiar with the principles of diffractive optical elements, and those with practical DOE or nano-microstructure optical device design experience are preferred
2) Proficient in optical design software and can perform secondary development of optical software
3) Understand the manufacturing process of diffractive optical elements, and be able to quickly optimize the design model and solve various problems involved in the manufacturing process
2. Priority is given to those with optics-related work experience
Required majors: optics, optical engineering, physics and other related majors
Other requirements: Good teamwork spirit, good communication skills, and strong sense of responsibility
Language requirements: Strong comprehension and good English reading skills
