Job Description - PMF Recruitment Special

Job responsibilities:
1. Carry out tooling and automated 3D/2D design work based on mold drawings and process demand data, and output it to the next process for parts processing and procurement
2. Rationalize the transformation based on process needs and equipment needs. Review, support the lean design of the manufacturing plan from the perspective of equipment universality and reuse rate improvement, ensure the rationality and leanness of the equipment plan development, and finally output the plan
3. Set up special projects according to the department's technical difficulties and conduct external Research and DOE verification, process control and promotion, and finally achieve the goal of problem solving
4. According to the problems of the equipment used on site, organize personnel to conduct cause analysis and countermeasures, solve the abnormalities in a timely manner, ensure the normal operation of production, and improve the quality of the equipment Rate and move
5. According to the problems that arise during the equipment development process, timely coordinate manpower, pull together resources, and formulate plans to ensure that the project is introduced on schedule.

Job requirements:
1. Engaged in mechanical design related work for more than 3 years
2. Familiar with automation equipment design Required mechanical, electrical and other professional knowledge, proficient in using 3D and 2D design software
3. Able to carry out smooth cross-department collaboration and communication, and be able to plan and investigate resources, delivery dates, plans, etc. in the equipment development process in advance to avoid Risk occurs.
