Job Description - Process Engineering

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Job Location: Rongcheng
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree and above
  • Release Date: 2024-04-09
  • Number of Positions: 1

  • Job Responsibilities:

  • 1. Participate in new product development and design demonstration, lead product manufacturing feasibility review, and propose feasibility requirements and solutions
    2. Responsible for the process solution development, process parameter formulation and optimization of new projects, responsible for the evaluation and implementation of process design changes, line equipment, tooling and auxiliary material development and introduction
    3. Identify potential failure modes and risk analysis of the process, reduce the probability of risk occurrence and reduce outflow risks through review and countermeasure monitoring and implementation management
    4. Analyze and improve process problems during trial production and mass production of new products, responsible for the maintenance of process routes, improvement of production line yield and efficiency, and reduction of scrap rate
    5. Responsible for the preparation and management of process documents, undertake process topics and process data/report output and guide production line operations, implementation and training

  • Job Requirements:

  • 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in stamping or mold processing
    2. Engaged in stamping process related work for more than 2 years
    3. Familiar with ISO9001, QC080000, ROHS and other standard requirements
    3. Master and skillfully use quality tools in corresponding business fields, such as FMEA/QC engineering drawings/characteristic factor diagrams/SPC and other quality tools
