Job Description

1. Responsible for the product from D-sample to mass production according to PPAP

Responsible for the product from D-sample to mass production according to PPAP process Product production to the mass production stage

2. Drive and Coordinate production improvement projects CIP/I4.0 incl. use & promotion of new technologies (e.g. AI) (KPI: OEE, Output, Quality, . ..)

Coordinate production line improvement projects, (OEE, output, quality...)

3.Charge of the production process and standardization work, using IE method continuous to improve the lean production in shop floor.

Responsible for the improvement and improvement of the production process and production line standardization work, and continuously improve the lean production activities of the production line.

Qualifications

1.35 years in automobile technical service

35 years of experience in automobile manufacturing industry

2.Knowledge of PPAP

Relevant knowledge of PPAP

3. Maintain continuous learning ability

Maintain continuous learning ability

4. Familiar with Quality tools for the automotive industry.

Familiar with the five major tools of the automotive industry
