Our clients, famous Japanese company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Quality Engineer. Job Duties:
- Perform quality audits and inspections to find any inconsistencies or departures from required standards of quality
- Lead investigations into product quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and carry out quality improvement projects in cooperation with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and analyze product and process data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to address quality-related concerns and ensure compliance with quality standards. Desired Skills & Abilities:
- Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 2-3 years quality control experience in manufacturing field
- Familiar with PCBA & ISO Standards
- Proficient in both written and spoken Japanese, English & Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
