Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for MDL process quality management, leading the improvement of process-related quality issues (domestic Head customer experience is preferred)
2. Business development such as AON, mismixing, and new line body certification
3. SPC management and process stability improvement
4. MDLPCN management.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree
Work experience:
1. Bachelor degree or above, electronics, physics, materials, optics and other related majors
2. 3 years or more experience in panel manufacturing technology, equipment or quality management
3. Proficient in LCD/OLED processes and various quality tools (PFMEA/DOE/SPC, etc.), Planning and promotion of process stability and improvement activities
4. Have a strong sense of responsibility, a stable mentality, good re-learning ability, good at communication and teamwork, and strong ability to withstand pressure.
