Team Introduction Douyin Games is committed to building a business model that serves manufacturers and influencers in the long term, forming a positive cycle of content production-> consumption-> operation. Based on Douyin's content ecology and influencer ecology, it builds a complete business plan that serves the entire life cycle of the game, and stimulates the accumulation of more high-quality game content and influencer growth to meet the consumption needs of Douyin users, especially young people, for game content and services, and achieve a win-win situation and long-term development of users, manufacturers, influencers, and platform revenues. 1. Responsible for the recommendation and distribution algorithm of the game content & conversion service in the Douyin live broadcast/video scene, and optimize the scale of users watching the game live broadcast, viewing time and interaction efficiency 2. Optimize the conversion and monetization efficiency of the game conversion components in the Douyin live broadcast/video scene, and maximize the personalized distribution and recommendation efficiency of the entire link, and increase the scale of game conversion users and revenue in the scene 3. Build user portraits and user understanding capabilities for users' game viewing/video content and conversion needs, deeply understand the game content & conversion links and characteristics, and drive the healthy and sustainable growth of user experience, creator value, and platform revenue through continuous technological innovation and iteration 4. Work closely with product and operation teams to formulate algorithm strategies through in-depth understanding and analysis of game products and users to promote the long-term prosperity and development of the game live broadcast ecosystem.
Qualifications
1. Have a solid programming foundation, good programming style and work habits, and a solid foundation in data structure and algorithm 2. Have a solid machine learning/deep learning theory and rich practical experience, and be familiar with at least one mainstream deep learning programming framework 3. Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills, and be passionate about solving challenging problems good at communication, proactive work, strong sense of responsibility, and good teamwork ability 4. Those who have published papers in top conferences, or won awards in ACM/machine learning competitions, or have core algorithm business experience in large-scale recommendation systems, computational advertising, search engines, etc. are preferred.
