• We are looking for Secretary - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Provide secretarial support to Director
• Schedule meetings & appointments 
• Travel arrangement
• Handle emails & correspondence
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties
• Assist in daily admin work
• Tertiary education
• 3+ years secretarial or administrative work experience
• Experience in trading or manufacturing companies is a plus
• No trips is required
• 5 days work
• No trips is required
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
• Annual leave 11 days
