Senior Account Executive/ Account Executive

The responsibilities including providing customer service, communicate between customer inquiry and factory functional departments or suppliers.

We are currently looking for an energetic team member to join our company. Core Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of account services and merchandizing to overseas clients.
• Seamlessly communicate between customer inquiry and factory functional departments or suppliers.
• Be fully responsible to overview customer order and delivery status.
• Be a farmer role to support Key Account Manager to extend business across new and current clients.
• Be able to work independently by setting up task list and implementing action plan.
• Follow through with customers from sample making, sample approval, golden sample to first delivery, and every important project deliverable.

 

Requirement

• 2-year working experience, preferably in industries of home appliance, consumer electronics or commodity products
• Lesser experience will be considered
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, able to solve problem independently, and can-do attitude
• Immediately available highly preferred
