Senior Merchandiser

Hong Kong - Shenzhen - Guangzhou - Shanghai - Beijing

The Company :

• Garment manufacturing and trading
• Main items : cut & sewn knit garment mainly sportswear and casual wear
• Factories : China (1000) and Cambodia (2000)
• Main market : USA, Canada, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark etc....
• We are looking for  Senior Merchandiser  – with details as follows :

The Job :

• Report to Merchandising Manager 
• Work in merchandising team of 5 members to establish relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
• Liaise with both internal and external parties in order to achieve on production schedule and time delivery
• Develop and implement sales strategy, sales plans and profit targets
• Source & Product Development
• At least 5 years working experience in apparel industry preferably in manufacturers
• Hands on experience in Cut & Sewn Knit items
• With solid experience to deal with overseas buyers / factories / suppliers & customers independently
• Good communication skills to work with factories in order to meet customers' needs and build the business
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• Occassional trips is required
• 5 days work
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
• Annual leave : 12 days
• Medical insurance
