Senior Principal Software Engineer

Area of Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale system and software architecture design of new histology products.
• Lead design and testing effort for full software development lifecycle with an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Shapes design methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with global teams to drive synergies across common platform.
• Work with cross-functional team to ensure medical product design meets the requirement for quality, manufacturing, cost, service, and regulation.
• Anticipate strategic and scaling-related challenges via thoughtful long-term planning.
• Formulate tech. and innovation roadmap to extend and strengthen product portfolio.
• Organize global/cross BU activities and events.
• Lead workflow/process creation and optimization impacting cross BU or global cooperation.
• Develop team and department's technical competency following product/tech. roadmap.
