Job Description

• Partner with Project Leaders to drive new or running production solutions rollout to global production sites. Design, execute and monitor multiple key deployment projects to achieve deployment targets.
• Coordinate with the Manufacturing Innovation team esp validation testing engineers to create new solution packages, set clear and measurable acceptance protocols for new machinery and lead new machinery Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT, SAT) before deployment.
• Identify, develop and deploy Best Practices and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to all global manufacturing sites prepare training documents, maintain SOP by driving continuous refreshment and finetune.
• Define a clear deployment target and schedule with global sites and cross-functional teams.
• Individually organise and deliver offline or remote online training sessions to global manufacturing sites to achieve deployment targets.
• Guide sites on SAT and ramp up in order to meet performance targets (UPH, Scrap rate).
• Provide on-site or remote technical support by leveraging technical know-how to global manufacturing sites.
• Proactively report deployment progress by solution level to key stakeholders.
• Identify optimization opportunities by regular analysis of global technical issues and site performance, set up new projects with project leaders.
• Visibility of site capability performance, risk assessment and engaging sites to drive solutions by maintaining a global technical network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechanical, etc.
• 5+ years of experience with manufacturing equipment preferred. Ideal to have previous experience in RFID, Paper, Woven, PFL or HTL machinery.
• Ability to efficiently equip yourself to become an expert for new solutions.
• Training skill and advanced troubleshooting skills are critical for this role.
• Strong statistical analysis skills and data driven report out.
• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills with high levels of motivation, initiative and energy.
• Global vision and mindset, solid critical thinking and questioning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across global functions with proven interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with limited supervision.
• Ability to see interdependencies across deliverables and milestones.
• Travel internationally when required to support business needs.
