Senior Supply Chain Specialist

Responsibilities: 

• To manage all Production Material Control activities including but not limited to build and ship products according production plan, monitor material availability and production schedule etc. 
• To collaborate with Product/ Project Manager (PM) to work out the forecast, execute the build plan with contractual manufacturers (CM) and resolve material constraints with Procurement. 
• To assist Affiliate Company to arrange materials transition, report the balance of Finished Goods (FG), boards and materials quantity and value on a regular basis. 
• To coordinate with Inventory Team & Sales Admin Operation team to maintain system data accuracy of materials in/out movement and sales order billing. 
• To prepare reports of FG inventory movement, maintain material exposure report caused by products and follow up the dispositions. 
• To work with Procurement & PM to follow up the gating items for current forecast or build plan and work with CM to do the MRP simulation for order query. 

Requirements: 

• Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Supply Chain, Operation or related discipline. 
• At least 7 years solid experience in Production Material Control and Inventory management in Electronic Manufacturing field. 
• Less Experience will be considered as Supply Chain Specialist.
• PC literate and proficiency in using MS Excel (i.e. Pivot table, VLOOKUP, etc.) preferable with hands on experience in SAP system in advantage. 
• Good command in written and spoken English, Putonghua & Cantonese.
• With strong numerical and analytical minds, attention to detail and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline independently. 
• Good leadership skills, interpersonal & communication skills & problem-solving skills. 
• If necessary, travel is required in occasion.
