Job Title: (Sr) Sales Operation Officer - Manufacturing

Our client is a leader in the manufacturing service provider industry, our client is dedicated to providing high-quality OEM and OBM solutions to our customers. With 30 years of experience in the industry, they have operations across different countries.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Administration to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging the sales administration function, working with the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider.

About the role

• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance order processing procedures, systems, and workflows to optimize efficiency, minimize errors, and improve overall customer experience.
• Order Status Monitoring: Monitor order status, track shipments, and proactively communicate updates to customers, sales teams, and relevant stakeholders.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve order-related issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the order fulfillment process.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and related documentation. Generate reports on order processing metrics, performance, and key trends.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, finance, and other departments to streamline processes, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Implement quality control measures to maintain accuracy and integrity in order processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in sales administration, preferably in the ODM/OEM/OBM manufacturing industry.
• Strong collaboration and order management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in order management and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with working with manufacturing production team and warehouse operations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
