Supplier Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. To Work Directly with the Supplier Organization, to assist with the development of the supplier systems that will assure the introduction and continued production of products, while driving the highest quality possible.
2. Develop capability of the Supplier Development and Technical team in compliance with clear performance objectives.
3. Plan and allocate Supplier Development, Manufacturing Engineering and Supplier Quality Engineer to work tactical and strategic improvements in supply chain.
4. Product Introduction & Management. Launch APQP process in new product phase Participate in Product Reliability Engineering Test Equipment Capability Confirmation and Operating Protocols Drive Specification and Drawing Improvement campaign. Develop procedures & inspections to assure lot integrity.
5. Working with Suppliers to Identify COPQ that will drive Product Quality Improvements and Cost reductions.
6.Supplier Performance Data Management & Reporting. Perform Timely Data Analysis of testing and inspection results and initiate corrective actions. Consolidate Supplier data with regard to relevant performance.
7. Supplier Training & Development. Teaching supplier about Critical ISO/TS Requirements, PPAP,APQP & SPC.
8. Conduct QMS Audits of Supplier processes.
9. Lead the development and implementation of new manufacturing technologies identified by commodity strategies and new product development / service provision.
10. Ensure effective communication of technical issues, to customers and stakeholders.
11. Create cross functional teams Company -Suppliers prioritized with Commodity to analyze all cost drivers, material, process parameters and flow, with precise KPIs and create action plans with follow up for productivity improvements.

Background & Skills

1.Bachelor degree, major in mechanical, molding manufacture and design experience is preferred.
2.At least 5 years working experience for Supplier Quality Management
3.Fluent English in reading, verbal and written, Minimum CET-4 required
4.Be familiar with IATF-16949 quality management system & ISO14000.and use skillfully TS tools and QC tools, such as 8D, 6 Sigma, MSA, SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, control plan, etc.
5.Very good communication and coordination skill. Driving for achievement. Result oriented. Self-motivated, quick response & capable for people management.
6.Good reporting skill, microsoft office, power BI skill.
