    1. Responsible for handling, analyzing and solving on-site exceptions to ensure normal and smooth production
    2. Responsible for efficiency improvement, production line balance, yield and cost improvement
    3. Responsible for continuously improving process capabilities, optimizing layout, operating with the lowest labor and material costs, and ensuring lean production
    4. Other matters assigned by superior supervisors.

    1. Bachelor degree is preferred, industrial engineering, mechanical design and other science and engineering majors
    2. More than 3 years of working experience in product development, process development, product mass production management, on-site quality improvement, etc. in a large electronics manufacturing factory
    3. Understand the process abnormality handling process, be familiar with report writing ideas and excellent Reporting ability
    4. Have basic knowledge of statistics and Six Sigma
    5. Cheerful personality, smooth communication, strong ability to withstand pressure, execution ability, and able to adapt to overtime work.
