Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for OTT Cooperative expansion of relevant channels/scenarios, user growth, business model innovation, etc., effectively leverage strategic cooperation with manufacturers, and have the ability to plan Internet video content operations and business model iterations based on large screens
2. Responsible Publicity and promotion of Tencent video content on the big screen, and resource expansion and integration to ensure that the exposure, popularity and revenue of relevant content exceed expectations
3. As the manager, be responsible for the operation of the channels under your jurisdiction, including operations Responsible for strategy formulation, content publicity and promotion, user experience improvement, etc., and be responsible for the platform level and revenue of the channels in charge
4. Keep abreast of policies, industry and market trends, continuously output innovative operation ideas and integrated implementation plans, and make To manage front-end customer situation and achieve goals.
Qualifications
More than 1.3 years of experience in the OTT industry, with excellent business negotiation, program planning & writing, and large project coordination capabilities
2. Have an in-depth understanding of long video operations and thinking, including but not limited to film, television, animation, variety shows and other categories, it is better if you have been engaged in related category operations
3. Have a high sensitivity to industry trends and policies, and have an understanding of industry hot spots, user preferences and operating space Insight ability
4. Have high data sensitivity and overall data report output ability, which can provide scientific guidance for operational decision-making
