TR Analyst

Goodyear Talent Acquisition Representative: Joa Xu

. Support TRM to do compensation and benefit plan analysis, review, and communication
. Provide technical and coordination support in the implementation of TR programs, policies, and processes
. Partner with country HR team members to ensure TR compliance
. Contribute to benchmarking activities by supporting data extraction and analysis to support business needs.
. Local TR Vendors Management
. Participate in AP TR regional or other countries' projects as needed
