Treasury Manager

Our client, a sizable apparel manufacturer, seeks an experienced Treasury Manager to lead the Treasury Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing industry background.

• Min. 6-7 years experience in treasury management
• Prior experience working in a Big 4 valuation/advisory department is considered a strong plus
• Lead a small team and head up the treasury department

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all treasury reporting, operations, and controls, including cash pooling, sweeping, and foreign exchange hedging activities.
• Substantial involvement in the group's financing activities, including structuring financing plans, evaluating financial proposals, and performing financial analysis and executions.
• Provide suggestions around funding strategies and post-merger integration of financing and treasury policies for M&A projects.
• Manage investment risk mitigation and development through financing strategies and risk management plans.
• Build and maintain strong banking relationships and monitor loan covenant compliance.
• Responsible for banking liaison, agreement negotiation, and completing documentation for bank loans.
• Support the CFO by reviewing hedging strategies and advising on foreign exchange matters as needed.
• Liaise across departments to administer treasury and financing activities, advising the Group's businesses.

Requirements:

• A recognized degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in treasury management roles
• Prior experience working in the manufacturing industry is considered a strong plus
• Additional valuation experience from a Big 4 advisory firm is viewed as a valued asset
• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
• Possess a positive can-do attitude and demonstrate responsibility and collaboration in work assignments.
• Strong organizational skills with proven leadership acumen.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
