• We are looking for Vietnamese speaking Sales Coordinator  - with details as follows :

 

The Job :

• Work in Customer Service team of 6-8 members 
• You will respond professionally to inquiries from internal/external customers
• Assist customers with inquiries by calls and by emails
• Efficiently resolve inquiries focusing on providing excellent customer service
• Update customers with details like order status, product pricing...etc
• Execute customers requests like editing order, coordinate artwork arrangement...etc
• Coordinate payment and/or shipping instructions
• Frequent follow up to ensure shipments are confirmed by customers in a timely manner
• Collaborate effectively across Sales/Development/Production/Warehouse teams
• Good communications in written & spoken English & Vietnamese
• 2+ years in customer support / sales coordination / order processing in trading, buying offices or manufacturing companies
• Experience in garment / trims / packaging / textiles / accessories or related is a big plus
• 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm)
• Annual leave : 12 days
