Responsibilities

• Site supervision including, but not limited to material checking, inspection of construction works in details, checking of setting out, structural works, builder works, fitting out works, report, interpret and record concisely
• Monitor work progress, workmanship standard, site safety and environmental protection works in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements

Qualification:

• Certificate in Building or Building Studies from a Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Polytechnic or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / technical institute / technical college or equivalent
• Language proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Form 5 standard
• 3 years relevant post qualification experience
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and written Chinese

Others:

• Candidate should obtain the following safety training:
• Safety and health Supervisor (Construction) Course ;
• Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card) ;
• Basic Accident Prevention Course ;
• Certified Worker Training Course for Confined Spaces
