Assistant Analyst - Shareholder Identification

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Investor Relations services team as the Shareholder Identification Assistant Analyst. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring the accurate and timely collection and reporting of shareholder information. As an integral member of our team, you will stay up-to-date with stock market trends and changing regulations, allowing you to identify potential opportunities and threats for our listing company clients, thereby generating more business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough data collection and collaborate with various stakeholders (both external and internal) to follow up on project status.
• Prepare shareholder identification reports for listed companies and perform analysis.
• Analyze shareholding structures and conduct potential investor analysis, providing valuable advice to our clients.
• Deliver presentations to clients and promptly address their inquiries regarding shareholder analysis reports and other related matters.
• Administer the filing process to ensure compliance with Disclosure of Interests (DI) reporting requirements.
• Explore and generate new business opportunities while maintaining excellent relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Finance/Economics/Statistics/BBA or other related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates with a strong learning attitude will also be considered, as we value potential and enthusiasm.
• Possess exceptional multitasking abilities with effective time and project management skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong proficiency in data analytics.
• Capable of working independently, handling daily correspondence, and addressing clients' inquiries with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese, with a particular emphasis on Putonghua, enabling effective engagement with a diverse client base.
