• Plan and implement digital brand content and communications across various media channels (SEO/SEM).
• Internal collaboration to ensure excellent content quality in relevant touchpoints to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with external partners and agencies to manage administrative processes.
• Increase brand's social media presence and always-on content across major social platforms.
• Develop engaging content for CRM communication channels like chatbots and EDMs.
• Monitor project progress and collect performance data from multiple channels.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and competitive monitoring.
• Market research for content purposes.
• Manage assigned spending to maximize efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of digital marketing experience.
• Strong analytical skills to track and analyze campaign performance.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Experienced in managing social media channels, KOL, and external content partners.
• Strong time and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
