To cope with the growth of the business, we would invite high caliber candidates to join our group for the following position:

Responsibilities:

Brand Building & Promotions

  • Branding and marketing for leasing portfolios, in particularly for Nina Mall and other malls under Chinachem Group
  • Develop and manage advertising and promotional program in the year plan, including budget and expense
  • Coordinate with agencies and suppliers for implementation of campaigns. Ensure agencies to have a clear understanding of the marketing strategy and able to support delivery and achieve the desired results
  • Generate idea for the decoration of the malls to deliver high standards of works

Retail Marketing

  • Prepare online and in-mall communications
  • Plan and organise various marketing programmes to increase the turnover of the mall
  • Run PR and promotion activities for shopping malls and to prepare media planning to get more media exposure
  • Maintain good relationships with the malls’ tenants and strategic partners
  • Liaise with different associates for holding various joint promotion activities in shopping malls
  • Member club points redemption
  • Oversee the venue operation, manpower and logistic arrangements to ensure smooth event staging

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines 
  • Minimum 8 years’ work experience in shopping mall promotions or retail or PR agencies 
  • Experience with property developers or event agencies is an advantage
  • Creative, responsible with good marketing sense
  • Able to work independently to meet multiple project deadlines
  • Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Familiar with PC software e.g. MS word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Proven English and Chinese proficiency
  • Willing to work weekends or public holidays for events when necessary
