Our Client is an International Sizeable Insurance Firm, they are looking for professionals to join their team as a Assistant Office (Agent Marketing).

Responsibilities:

• Organize and execute company events such as conferences, sales meetings, seminars, exhibitions, luncheons and dinners
• Prepare presentations, corporate premiums, souvenirs, trophies and promotion materials
• Provide administrative support for the agency database and event library
• Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and design houses

Requirements:

• Degree graduate
• 1-year event marketing experience
• Enjoy event management
• Positive attitude with strong service orientation
• Strong PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
