Assistant Shipping Manager

Responsibilities

• Support Purchasing and Logistics Department for material transportation between factories locating in Shenzhen, Bangladesh and Mexico


• Handle Import & Export related matters within Hong Kong


• Data analysis on Logistics Costs


• Remote control and monitoring Shenzhen / Bangladesh / Mexico factory Shipping Staff performance and acts as bridge between our factories


• Market research in looking for new service providers for cost saving


• Response to Hong Kong Marketing Department for any shipping related issues


• Handle related bank documents

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above


• Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, attentive to details and ability to work independence under pressure


• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills


• Strong database management and analysis skills


• Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese & Mandarin


• Able to manage complexity and changes in a dynamic environment


• Long experience in Shipping or Logistics industry
