Aon is currently recruiting an Associate Director – Marine & Logistics to join our team in Hong Kong.

What the day will look like

• Handling of renewal business including client servicing.
• Development of new business – to identify new business opportunities and establish new business relationship.
• General supporting duties including invoicing, premium collection, documentation and claims.
• To build and enhance business relationship with clients and underwriters.
• Providing the team head with the support as required.
• Other business and duties as required by the Company.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Degree holder with a minimum 10 years working experience in insurance broking, with at least 3 years senior management level.
• Experience in the marine & logistics insurance market.
• Strong analytical, time management and client relationship skills
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with the ability to work unsupervised on day to day matters
• Certification in ANZII, ACII or across General Insurance
• Bachelors or above in business or related disciplines
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required
• Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
