Responsibilities

• Handle client payments/ deposit / internal fund transfer and ensure all are properly processed in accurate and timely manner 
• Monitor payment progress to meet bank cut-off time and perform day end reconciliation
• Provide professional and efficient counter services, including physical stock deposit and withdrawal services, payment request, cheque deposit, personal data updates, and customer enquiries, etc.. 
• Perform checking on internal vouchers and accounting entries
• Participate in new products projects, system enhancement testing and implementation 
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by the line manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance or related disciplines
• 3 years of relevant experience in financial services industry
• Familiar with SWIFT/RTGS/CHATS/FPS/EDDA operations
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application and Chinese Word processing
