Responsibilities
Support the business middle office, help the team set business goals, output analysis reports, and support key business decisions: 1. Conduct cutting-edge technology research and market research around the business and products of the business middle office, determine the medium- and long-term strategic direction of the business of the middle office, assist the middle office team in setting business goals and planning paths, and implement the achievement of goals 2. Optimize the business management system of the business middle office, build a suitable business analysis framework, and build and maintain relevant business indicators 3. Optimize the cost and revenue billing logic according to the characteristics of each business and product of the middle platform, and improve the quality of business analysis 4. Through data analysis, market research, special research and other means, discover and judge the business operation problems of the middle platform, propose solutions and promote their implementation in the middle platform team.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of Internet business analysis, investment analysis or strategic consulting experience is preferred, with good data analysis ability 2. Able to quickly understand business logic, have structured thinking ability, can keenly identify and disassemble problems, have curiosity, and are interested in LLM first 3. Have excellent cross-departmental communication skills and strong project management capabilities, and be able to organize and coordinate various departments with high quality to promote the implementation of strategies 4. Result-oriented, without boundaries, and have a strong sense of ownership.
